Vintage 1930s Wool Fedora Tropical Toppers by Lady Penn

Clever and unique 1930s vintage women’s fedora by Lady Penn for “Tropical Toppers.”

The hat has a 22” circumference which is a little larger than average.

The top of the crown folds over and has a stitching design. That is met with vertical tiny straps and tiny silver colored buckles. Under that and around the crown is a brownish grosgrain ribbon in a slightly darker version of the felt.

It’s a lighter brown with a nudish tint.

The issues I see is slight scraping on the grosgrain and slight imperfections on the inside of the brim (see last picture.)

I am rating this as being in EXCELLENT MINUS condition.
