Inside stamp says 90% wool, 10% protein fiber.
The hat looks dark blue but it is a deep royal purple. It says 23” circumference but it is really a one size fits all.
CONDITION: No chews, holes, fading or other issues. I am rating this as being in EXCELLENT condition.
