Vintage 1920s orange raffia wide brim cloche with rows of ribbon accent.
The ribboning is a brownish orange with a strip of oranger orange (😛) and what looks like grey. The ribbon also rubs around the crown.
The hat has a beautiful patterned weave and a burnt orange celluloid hat pin. The inside is lined with gauze linen.
CONDITION:
The hat is lovely for its age. It is meant to have a natural look. The finish on the brim looks like it might have had fabric trim but is no longer there. I see a little darker area of orange in the back but it may just be a variation in the dye.
The inside linen gauze has a couple tiny pin holes but that is it.
I am eating this as being in EXCELLENT MINUS condition.
SIZING: 22” circumference.
