This dress is not flashy, but it is elegant. It is made of a beautiful cotton dotted cotton voile, which was a popular choice in the 1920s.
Cotton voile is a lightweight, sheer fabric was often used for dresses and other garments during that era. The dots, or "clip dots," are woven into the fabric, creating a textured pattern.
The dress is a beige, drop-waist style typical of the 1920s. It features long sleeves with slight gathers at the cuffs and a V-neckline. Vertical stripes run the length of the dress, again with the subtle geometric pattern of dots and squares incorporated within the stripes.
The drop waist is emphasized by a gathered seam, and the hem falls around the knee.
CONDITION: The dress has no holes, tears or fading. There are some tiny age
spots scattered throughout. They are very hard to see. Please see the photos. Other than that this dress is in VERY GOOD condition.
