Beautiful early 1920s beaver felt picture hat in excellent minus condition. The minus is for the feathers which are in great condition but have lost a small amount of uniformity. The inside crown and brim are in excellent condition.
The beaver is beautiful, no fading, chews, or other aberrations. The extra wide crown fabric looks like possibly a cotton twill as does the inside lining.
Someone added a brass humming bird on the crown. I believe it was added later.
The hat is a roomy 23 to 23.5” circumference.
