Vintage 1940s Blue White Check Long Picnic Dress Small Vicky Ann Frocks

Gorgeous long blue and white plaid cotton dress hopefully for future Gatsby Picnics! Label says “Vicky Ann Frocks.”

Square cut neck and collar. Zips on the side. No shoulder pads. The white trim is a thicker cotton weave. The two big pockets are more decorative flaps. The belt has original belt in great condition.

CONDITION: On the front under the belt area is a small yellow area with almost tear but not quite. I backed it on the inside with white iron-on fabric. The belt covers the entire area. (See pics.) Otherwise in EXCELLENT condition. I am
rating it in EXCELLENT MINUS CONDITION.
