These are an off white pair of tap pants with lace filigree on each side.
They are elastic in the back with a flat panel in front. There are two extremely faint stains on the front as pictured. Very faint. Tag in back marked “L.” I believe these are some type of rayon.

Length from top to crotch: 21”
Length from top to leg edge: 15”
